BOX OF TOMATOES, 2026

I bought these from a street trader, the kind of tomatoes you can pick up cheap in summer, which is why I got them. I put them on the table and couldn't believe how beautiful they were. How often do you get the chance to use so much red? I loved painting them, the box, the whole feeling of abundance.
